- Create a vision for where you want to go. People will only follow those who can ‘see’ and communicate vision.
- Keep your eye on the goal. A little everyday will result in long‐term wins!
- Understand that not everyone is like you! Find out what motivates THEM!
- Learn a new language: start observing those around you. What is their ‘Language of Respect’?
- Understand your own triggers: What causes you to lose your cool? Be in control of you!
- Take care of yourself. Model self‐care and time management to your people!
- Take a risk: anything worth doing will not always be within the boundaries of your comfort zone. Feel the fear and do it anyway!
